About the Item
A good quality 19th century bedroom or nursing chair attributed to Gillows c1860. Newly upholstered by us in Howe 36 Bourne Street - Cypress Linen 'Olive'.
Raised on turned front legs and splayed rear legs. The legs painted in white which is possibly the original finish as the timber beneath appears unfinished. All 4 legs retaining the original Copes casters with inset front casters.
Structurally in good solid order and retaining the original upholstery innards.
