About the Item

A stunning late 18th century/early 19th century Swedish Rococo armchair featuring black paint with natural worn patina coming through showcasing the original wood color with also deep green hues on the leaves. This is a stunning piece that could be traditional or could definitely be that wabi sabi yet feminine piece to finish a room nicely. The seat has been recently reupholstered while in Europe before we shipped to the United States. This piece could be reupholstered to your liking or can be ready to go to it's new design space. This is a very nice and sturdy chair at an excellent rate.
