About the designer:
Jorge Zalszupin was a Brazilian architect and furniture designer who was born in Poland in 1922. He moved to Brazil in the 1950s and quickly gained recognition for his innovative furniture designs, which blended elements of European modernism with the warmth and tropical materials of Brazil.
