About
Haga, a fine reproduction Gustavian barrel back armchair is influenced by a Gustavian armchair from our private collection that is attributed to Stockholm master Ephraim Stahl, (1767-1820). Supplier to the Royal Court and one of the most sophisticated and inventive makers of his period.
Finished in an authentic antique white color, upholstered in a white / grey linen. Kiln-dried European beech frame with corner blocks for strength. Handmade by skilled wood-carvers. Cushions are traditionally plumped with a natural coir fiber and cotton for softness with underlying jute webbing support.
Buyer acknowledges that our items are fine reproductions, intended to resemble the real antique and are not meant to look new. Our items are distressed meaning that cracks, chipping, flaking and other imperfections on our products are inherent to the distressing process and cannot be claimed as defects.
