About the fabric:
Piñatex which we used for renovation is made from the waste leaves of the pineapple plant. These leaves are a by-product from existing pineapple harvest, so the raw material requires no additional environmental resources to produce. Looks like paper but it's really amazing in using. 100% vegan!
Piñatex is a plant-based, non-woven material made from pineapple leaf fibre, which offers a sustainable and vegan textile that can be used across a wide range of applications within the footwear, accessories, apparel and interiors industries.
We can prepare this armchair also in another pineapple leather and wood colors, please check the last pictures with color samples.
