Important 17th Century Carver Armchair Medfield MA

About the Item

Rare and important 17th century Carver Chair. Removed from the Medfield MA house in the 1982 and sold privately, this chair has been in the same private collection until now. The Benjamin Clark trestle table now in the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston was removed from the same house. This chair has its original paint history with rockers added some time in the 18th century.
