We offer re-upholstered Karel Koželka & Antonín Kropáček bentwood armchairs, originally designed in Czechia circa 1940. These iconic chairs are a benchmark for midcentury design in Central Europe, boasting a simple and elegant geometry contrasted by dynamic bentwood elements and a soft, comfortable seat. Drawing inspiration from modernism, Karel Koželka & Antonín Kropáček created a distinctive aesthetic that is dynamic, streamlined, and humanistic, making them ideal for inviting and functional domestic spaces. Although there may be some patina on the wood parts, we have many of these armchairs available (some even in their original upholstery) which would be perfect for interior projects such as a lounge or hotel.
