Original vintage GM 11 chair in solid teak and black leather designed by Danish architect Svend Åge Eriksen for Glostrup Møbelfabrik, Denmark in the 1960s.
This is a very beautiful, sturdy, sculptural and comfortable chair which makes it a highly sought after model. It is suitable as a desk chair, dining room chair or side chair, and will give that Scandinavian Modern vibe to any room.
Often attributed to Erik Kirkegaard as he has designed a similar chair.
Good vintage condition with natural patina consistent with age and use like small dents and cracks in the leather. Please see photos.
