A very fine and rare pair of French 19th century Louis XVI style giltwood carved marquises bergere wide-armchairs, each with four fluted scrolled legs, a bowed finely carved top back rest and padded sides, circa 1870-1880.
Measures: Height 41 1/2 inches (105.4 cm).
