Royal House Antiques is delighted to offer for sale this pair of new, George Smith Signature Scroll Arm, largest size armchairs with feather filled back and base cushions upholstered with the exceptionally luxury Mulberry Flying Ducks linen. I have another pair of these by George Smith in the same fabric which has a different pattern layout, I also have two matching sofas in the silk velvet and various smaller armchairs and a sofa, again all by George Smith, all in the Mulberry Flying Ducks. Well, where to begin! This pair of armchairs are the absolutely finest quality available today, they have beech and oak frames that have fibre padding to the back and over stuffed feather filled cushions to the base, these chairs are offered in three depths, these are the largest available. The upholstery is the world famous and highly coveted Mulberry Flying Ducks, this is the highest grade linen of this type it retails for £179 Per Sq-mt, it is very tricky to find and is usually on back order for 3-6 months much the same with the armchair frame which is a 12-24 week order time. The pair have been professionally upholstered with very close attention being paid to the pattern repeat, if you look closely and the seat cushion you will see the fabric flows from the top of the cushion to the front down to the bottom platform of the sofa.
