This stunning pair of Art Deco style armchairs was produced in Italy in the 1980s.
The back is in parchment (goat skin), the frontal frame and the legs are black lacquered, while the seat is upholstered in a cream colored fine velvet.

The armchairs have high backs and large shapely column arms with pleated fronts that surround the generous seats. Both chairs are raised on oak feet and finished with brass castors. The castors can be removed easily if the chairs need to sit flat on the floor.
