One of a kind and highly decorative Gothic chair from the late 1800s. All handcrafted in Europe in the late 1800s this striking chair is another perfect example of the highest level of workmanship that furniture makers and sculptors were combining in those days. Swan head sculptures in wood are extremely rare and to have found a chair with a pair of perfectly hand carved and mint condition swan heads (and necks) as armrests and with tails on either side of the backrest more than made our day. If you have a good eye for rare details then, we think, you will especially love the perfect nose holes, but also the hand carved wooden swan tail-ends.
