This elegant Art Deco armchair comes from Czechoslovakia from the first half of the 20th century and was manufactured by the renowned company TATRA Pravenec (Slovakia) as model A745/F. It is crafted from bent solid beech wood and shaped beech plywood. The armchair has undergone professional restoration, and its original polish has been revived, restoring its original shine and elegance. Interestingly, this model was originally designed in the 1920s for the famous Thonet company (under catalog number T 7189), with TATRA subsequently purchasing the production license. This design piece with a rich history and elegant forms will be a stylish and comfortable addition to any interior. It has been re-polished with polyutherane piano lacquer by our professional refurbishing team in Czechia according to the original process.
