Xavier Feal, born Jean Claude Neyton, was a French designer active between the late 1960s and early 1970s. A graduate of the prestigious Ecole Boulle in Paris, Feal was famous for creating steel furniture and objects that were iconic of the Parisian avant-garde chic style of the time. His products were produced in small numbers between 1969 and 1975.
After 1975, he abandoned furniture design for a successful career in the precision engineering industry.
