Magnificent and ultra rare Art Deco Amsterdamse School bench or sofa. Design by Daniël van Dorp for Gebroeders Reens Amsterdam. Solid macassar ebony and original macassar ebony veneer frame with original hand-carved decorative elements. Upholstered by the former owner with camel color leather. We will put on new leather upholstery just like the two armchairs by Daniel van Dorp that we offer for sale also. This wonderful pair of Art Deco Amsterdamse School lounge chairs by Daniël van Dorp for Gebroeders Reens Amsterdam is in very good original condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina. A real eye-catcher in your home or office. We will ship this lovely piece of furniture in a custom made wooden crate for safe transport when purchased by overseas buyers!
