Antique carved and painted kubbestol, a traditional Scandinavian log chair. The lovely original hand-painted flourishes are exceptional, hues of green, red and antique white flowers are seen against the dark background. Brick red accent trim. While there are expected old age-related cracks, nicks, scratches and wear throughout, this log chair remains in very solid, stable condition and quite heavy for its size. Restored and waxed; ready to be used and enjoyed.
