Late 19th Century Walnut Green Men Carved Chairs, Set of Two

About the Item

Crafted in Brienz, Switzerland from solid walnut at the end of the 19th century, these exquisitely carved chairs are elegant and remarkably comfortable. They feature foliate heads or "the disgorging green man" and exceptional scroll work. Seat height 18.75 inches.
