An absolutely jaw-dropping pair of rare, meticulously restored Art Deco five (5)-strand Pretzel loungers, circa 1950. Matching three-seat sofa available in a separate listing. The pair have mellowed to a fabulous Peanut tone. While unmarked, these incredible difficult to find examples are consistent with the Paul Frankl rattan production, circa 1950. Stout, expertly crafted rattan construction with handsome cane binding accents. Extremely comfortable. Special chairs specifically designed to anchor a cherished room. The chairs frames are shipped ready for upholstery. EXCELLENT RESTORED CONDITION. Professionally cleaned and re-lacquered; the finish demonstrates a stunning depth and luster. ALL cane bindings are NEW, intact and complete. Expert custom upholstery service is available.
