About the Item
The Han Chair was designed by Fernanda Loyzaga.
At Loyzaga Design we have always been fascinated by the relationship between Asia and Mexico by the Manila Galeon that went from the Philippines to the port of Acapulco. This chair is an interpretation of the elegant lines of Chinese chairs with an occidental touch, creating a beautiful design which will elevate any space, be it classic or contemporary. It is entirely hand carved by mexican craftsmen that keep using a trade that has been taught from generation to generation. Their passion evolves in a timeless beauty that only exist when the designer and the artisan work together in the pursuit of the same goal. The fabric of this piece can be customized as well as the finish of the wood.
