Set of 6 Art Deco dining chairs in the style of the Amsterdam School, Netherlands, 1930s. Solid oak frames with velvet fabric cushions supported by springs. Considering the age and unrestored state, the chairs are still in good condition with most traces of use on the legs.
The Amsterdam School design style from the period 1910-1935 is characterized by the use of expressive and fantastic shapes, related to expressionism.
