Fine Set of 12 Brass Inlaid Rosewood French Regency Style Dining Chairs

About the Item

This is a superb, extremely rare set of 12 carved and brass inlaid Directoire style French rosewood dining chairs. They feature superb quality rosewood frames with diamond carved backs and inlaid brass inset into those diamonds. The chairs are upholstered in a more recent burgundy wreath upholstery and are in good condition with minor signs of age and use but nothing significant to speak of. The chairs are used and its unreasobale to expect them to be perfect as the chairs may have minor stains or issues not visible to the camera. They are stunning, mesmerizing and worth your consideration. They date to the 1950s era and are French-made. Dimensions: 37.5 inches high x 23.25 inches wide x 25.5 inches deep . Seat Height 19.75 inches
