A striking pair of six French dining or side chairs in oak and fine cognac leather dating from the 1960s. Standing on rectangular legs joined by a broad carved front stretcher and held together with the original iron bolt pins. These charming chairs are made of French oak and sculpturally crafted by hand in France in the 1960s. These chairs look admirable and are in excellent original condition with a great patina. When you choose for used midcentury design, you use what is already there, making it sustainable. You may not give the furniture a second, but even a third or fourth life. Mid-century design furniture is often a high-quality product that lasts several lives for a reason. Some furniture has a rich history, and the story is still visible or tangible with some.
