Lovely solid hard rock maple chairs manufactured by Cushman of Vermont. These chairs are quite rare and from a small line produced by Cushman called "Cushman Contemporary. The sleek lines and curves of the design of these chairs exhibits the over 100 year old company's furniture making skill and quality of material. The overly exaggerated curve of the back adds to the amazing comfort and scale of this design. This set includes 5 side chairs as well as one arm chair. Although elegant to look at the solid construction and craftsmanship makes these chairs a great candidate for everyday use.
