Set Of Eight Chippendale Style Dining Chairs

About the Item

A outstanding set of solid mahogany frame dining chairs with handsome carving. Custom upholstered seats with brass tack nailhead trim. Beautifully carved frames on chamfered legs with H form stretcher. Pierced openwork carved back splats rise to the top rail. The set is notably solid feeling and comfortable. Dimensions: (6) Side chairs - 38 3/4” H x 21 1/4” W x 16 1/4” D x 18” SH Pair of Armchairs - 38 3/4” H x 23” W x 18” D x 17 1/2” SH Condition: please see detail photos. There are a few signs of age and use including some old spots and light stains to the fabric and sporadic acceptable frame nicks which do not greatly impact the refined presentation.
