A stunning set of six late 19th-century French Provincial dining chairs, sourced from Provence, France. Expertly handcrafted from solid walnut, these chairs feature elegant ladder-back frames adorned with hand-carved acanthus leaf finials. Structurally restored for stability, the wood showcases a beautifully aged warm patina with a wax finish. The original handwoven rush seats, in a lovely aged tan hue, add to their authentic charm. Standing on finely carved turned legs joined by stretchers and ending in classic toupie feet, these chairs exemplify exceptional craftsmanship and timeless French Country elegance.
