About the Item
Pair of old ladies' chairs. With a seat and back upholstered in green velvet, the backrest is made up of a central upholstered strip flanked by small turned columns and finished with an upper finish in sculpted scrolls. The structure is solid, with turned front legs and straight rear legs. Both chairs have casters on the front legs. The fabric shows signs of wear and tear, especially at the edges, and one of the chairs has a partially detached backrest band. The wood shows signs of age, but without compromising the stability of the structure. The chairs maintain a cohesive look and are suitable for restoration or use in environments that value the character of time. A good option to complement a living room, hall or bedroom, with decorative and historical value.
