About the Item
Maison Regain, lounge chair, elm, fabric, leather, France, 1960s
This beautiful lounge chair was designed by Maison Regain in the 1960s. This chair is very comfortable due to the square shaped large cushions. In this design, the fabric is pulled over on the armrests and headrest of the chair, which adds volume and looks interesting. A beautiful detail are the leather straps that are visible in the back that holds the cushion in place. Overall, the warm color of the fabric is perfectly in line with the tone of the elm and finishes off the look of the chair.
Please note that we advise reupholstery before use. This item contains some threadbare upholstery with loose seams, discoloration, and stains. Reupholstery can be done before shipping by our experienced craftspeople in our own in-house restoration atelier. With high attention for the original, they make sure every piece contains its value and is ready for the many years to come. We kindly ask you to contact our design experts for further information about the endless possibilities our restoration and upholstery atelier has to offer. Of course, a locally organized reupholstery is possible as well.
