You won’t find another pair of these late eighties, jaw-dropping mind-blowers by Jaymar Furniture Quebec 69. Best known for, bold colors, new materials and fluid, seductive forms. Stunning Pop culture model "Spider" chairs inspired by the work of Louis Durot and Pierre Paulin. Professionally reupholstered in a luxurious green velvet. These chairs are crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring that these can withstand regular use and wear, making them a long-lasting investment. Regardless of their bold and statement presence, they still hold characteristics that make them timeless. These Jaymar chairs are a piece of Canadian design history. Thanks to our in-house atelier it's possible to reupholster these chairs in any kind of color or fabric that fits best for your project, inquire for details. Mr. George Reinitz a holocaust survivor, orphan and an athlete emigrating to Montreal from Hungary in 1948. He founded Jaymar in 1956, from nothing into an international venture. Jaymar Furniture LTD - a leader in upholstered furniture in Canada and is recognized as the company with unlimited choices. In 2000, after 44 years of work, Mr. Reinitz sold Jaymar to an American Investment Company Rivers & Associates. Jaymar then passes through the hands of Shermag in 2003, then Bermex in 2009 to be finally purchased in 2014 by Daniel Walker, the current owner.
