About the Item
This is a very rare paid of lovingly distressed white and gold leaf decorated settees or canapes with gorgeous deep green velvet upholstery in good used condition. The frames are authentically distressed from being cleaned and polished over 120 years and very desirable because of that. The fact that there is a pair makes them extremely hard to find. Measures 50.5 wide x 26 deep x 37.5 tall and a seat height of 18 inches. The settees are 19th century and French-made.
