A George III side chair of good, sturdy size. English, c.1760, mahogany. The wavy ladder back with Gothic open cut-work typical of Chippendale design. Stretchered, square molded legs with shaped decorative seat returns. Faux leather upholstery with nail head accents. 21 1/2" w., 20" d., 38.25" h.
