Mid Century Modern vintage chair or side chair Chiavari Italy 1940s from beech and raffia. A beautiful side chair composed of beechwood and raffia in wonderful color black and brown. This lightweight chair is named after the place in Italy where it was manufactured. The design is similar to Gio Ponti´s Superleggera Chair. The elegant side chair or chair shows a black lacquered beech frame with amazing carved details and a woven hand-crafted cane seat.
