About the Item
This handsome sea chest is an iconic storage piece, bringing the style of life on the sea into your living room. Crafted from beautiful solid teak wood, the chest boasts a warm reddish tone with the natural grains of the wood on full display. The tone of the wood is accented nicely with the brass hardware and hinges, bringing a bit of shine and vintage charm. The brass latch can be locked with the conveniently included key, offering extra storage for one's special valuables.
On the sides of the piece are a pair of rope handles, once again inspired by the nautical life of ropes and knots. The ropes are affixed to brass plates, and are quite sturdy when lifting and moving.
This is a vintage item and bears minor signs of wear that are consistent with age and use.
