1960s Pierre Chapo French Elm Model B 17 A Wall-Mounted Shelves


Shelf / Bibliothèque model B 17A by Pierre Chapo (France) executed in solid French Elm. Bookcase consist of four robust elmwood shelves that rest under the brackets, providing that the brackets serve as a support. Design from the Campagne style of which Chapo was an important exponent, next to Charlotte Perriand. Measures: L 284 x H 183 x 35 cm.

    Good. Shelves come in very good original - unrestored condition with only one larger stain to one shelve (see photo). Otherwise the Elmwood carries only beautiful original patina and only normal age related wear. .
