Italian modern black steel bookcase by Philippe Starck for Baleri, 1984 Wall bookcase entirely in black painted sheet steel. The five rectangular shelves with rounded edges on the front are a descending depth. These shelves are positioned between the inclined strut and the wall. There are small round spacers to separate the shelves from the wall. The upright ends with a round foot. Produced by Baleri in 1984 and designed by Philippe Starck. Good condition. It has small color losses on the shelves and scratches on the strut. Measurements in cm 99x51x235h This iconic bookcase is suitable both for a formal place such as an office or a waiting room, and for an informal place such as a bedroom, a living room, a dining room or an entrance hall.
