C1810 Swedish Gustavian buffet

About the Item

Wonderful early c19th Gustavian painted two door Swedish buffet with four small galleried drawers. The buffet features good interior storage space with a shelf behind two reeded panelled doors that are flanked by canted corners. Above there are four small reeded front galleried drawers with knob handles. The buffet has been hand scraped back to a historic pale grey blue paint. A handsome and useful addition that would work well in both an antique and more contemporary interior.
