Chinese Qing Dynasty Period 19th Century Altar Cabinet with Natural Finish

About the Item

A Chinese Qing dynasty period altar cabinet from the 19th century, with natural finish, everted flanges, two drawers over double doors and carved sides. Created in China during the 19th century, this Chinese altar cabinet features a rectangular top flanked with two everted flanges, sitting above an elegant façade presenting two drawers fitted with brass teardrop pulls. Double doors below open thanks to a large round medallion to reveal a convenient storage space. The sides are accented with lovely scrolled motifs. Raised on straight legs with carved apron, this Chinese altar cabinet charms our eyes with its lovely patina and graceful lines, making it a perfect decorative choice for any home, perhaps placed in a bedroom used as a TV cabinet, or in a living room, dining room or hallway.
