Large bakery cabinet from the 1920s/1930s. Solidly crafted from beech and pine wood.
A rare authentic piece of furniture from a bakery, where it was originally used to store both bread dough for the proofing process and finished baked bread. Its stylish, timeless design and practical usability make this piece of furniture ideal for use in kitchens, restaurants or shops and retail spaces today.
Beech and pine wood body, mortised and dowelled in a frame and panel construction, divided horizontally into 2 levels with 4 folding doors, each consisting of 2 wings.
Inside are 4 large dough boards with recessed handles that can be pulled out on rails and used as simple, variable shelves.

Depth: 66 cm (+ approx. 15 cm hinges at the bottom) / 25.98 inch (+ approx. 5.9 in. hinges at the bottom)
Boards: 187 cm x 56 cm / 73.62 inch x 22.04 inch.
The hinges on the front at the bottom of the cabinet base are only of secondary importance for the doors and can also be removed.
Good condition with age-related signs of wear, including visible repairs. The surface has been extensively stripped of old (non-original) paint, reconditioned and resealed. The rear panel of the cabinet still shows traces of old paint on the back.
The cabinet body cannot be dismantled for transport.
