19th Century Pair of White Painted Swedish Gustavian Chest of Drawers
About the Item
A pair of decorative pine Gustavian chest of drawers with canted fluted side posts with upper carved flourish, raised on four tapered fluted feet.
Restored, later professionally painted in layered shades of antique white with contrasting black top; lightly distressed to fit the age and grace of this elegant pair.
Drawers function, each open with two brass pulls.
All nicks, scratches, cracks, stains, distress etc. are reflective of age and use and does not detract from the function nor appeal of this striking pair of chests which may also serve as large nightstands.
