A pair of Gustavian pine chest of drawers with canted fluted side posts with upper carved diamond medallion, Greek key meander along top drawer, upper dentil molding and all raised on four tapered fluted feet. The newer, professionally applied layered black painted finish is perfectly distressed to fit the age and grace of this decorative pair of chests. Restored and ready for use, drawers function and open with brass pulls. All nicks, scratches, cracks, stains, distress etc. is reflective of age and use and does not detract from the function nor elegant appeal of this striking pair of chests which may also serve as nightstands.
