About the Item

This is a 1970s Media Console in Steel and Rosewood, designed by Jacob Jensen for Bang & Olufsen, Denmark. The piece is constructed with a steel frame, and has a veneered Brazilian Rosewood case. It features vertical shelving for storing records and has a hole in the top that allows for cords to be run through. The piece has a fully finished back, and can stand alone in the middle of a room with ease. This console measures 14.75 inches deep, 47 inches wide, and 24.25 inches high. The inside of the shelf measures 12.63 inches high. The rosewood composition is in good shape, but does show some light scratches and scuffs. The steel base is also in great condition. Overall, this console is in terrific vintage condition. Please see photos.
