About the Item
The richness of this credenza is in the details, notable points include a mitered solid wood case, hand caned sliding doors, dovetailed drawers, and in-house finely crafted tapered brass knobs designed specifically for this item. The doors slide along the entire piece offering flexibility and variation of look and storage with layers of transparency. The five dovetailed drawers along the bottom are smoothly lined with leather, offering a soft resting place for those items you want to tuck away from view. The elegant legs have a subtle taper and take the shape of a hexagon referencing the pattern in the caned doors and the brass knobs.

The top sections of the cabinet fit standard records. The top middle section has discreet cord management for audio equipment. Plus, the cane doors allow for ventilation.

Tretiak Works is a furniture and design studio based in Portland, OR. Founded in 2013 by Nick Tretiak, we focus on simple, functional pieces that will last. Our work draws from Shaker, early American, and Scandinavian design, and utilizes a range of natural materials with an emphasis on domestic hardwoods. We believe in durability, both in construction and in aesthetic. With this in mind, we employ time-tested and appealing traditional construction methods such as mortise and tenon joinery and dovetailed drawers. We look to create timeless pieces that will endure, can complement any home, and will be passed down through generations.
