About the Item

A very good quality 19th Century French Mahogany marble topped Empire style Secretaire Abattant. Having a frieze drawer, classical ormolu mounted classical columns to either side. The fall front opening to reveal a compartmented interior. Wonderful gilded ormolu mounts depicting classical greek figures. A pair of cupboard doors beneath with shelves within and raised on bun feet. Batch 80 53171 TKEAK
