About the Item

Late 18th-early 19th century oak dresser, English. Late Georgian period. The upper shelf section with spice cabinets & dentil molded crown over the base with central short drawer over blind panel flanked by drawers over cabinets. Contrasting ebony & boxwood inlays & checkered inlays outline each door & drawer & the panel. Raised on short bracket feet. The backboards for the rack added in the 19th century. Apparently original lion mask brass ring pulls. Only left spice cabinet lock functions. 59.5" w., 19 1/8" d., 79 1/8" h.
