About the Item
A monumental Dutch Inlaid Cabinet likely dating to the 18th Century. Raised on four legs with three long drawers all with intricately designed brass hardware. Above are a broken Arch pediment top with dark wood carved swags and a delightful checkered trim and the two doors with inset panels displaying two inlaid urns on highly figured mahogany. The doors open to storage/display shelves with three line inlaid drawers with gilt pulls on the bottom and two long drawers suspended from the middle shelf. Lacking a key.
Dimensions: 67.5” wide by 24.75” deep by 92.5” high.
Condition: Please see detail photos. Various signs of age include age splits, some veneer, trim and wood losses. The left door is loose and will need repair. Some level of restoration may be desired however the Cabinet retains a magnificent presentation.
