About the Item
A Vintage Hickory Furniture Secretary Desk brought to you by Niagara Furniture. This desk is impressive in both it’s design and scale. Made of beautifully grained walnut, the secretary bookcase features double domed arches on the top as well as three adjustable shelves in the interior of the cabinet. The top section consists of finely shaped mullions in the doors and the interior of the cabinet has factory installed lighting which powered on when tested. All of the drawers are dovetailed and feature the same high quality construction throughout. The slant top of the desk drops down to create a writing surface while the base of the desk has three drawers enhanced with wonderful solid brass pulls and the whole of the Vintage Hickory Furniture Secretary Desk rests on solid, boldly shaped, bracket feet.
As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall this item is in excellent original condition.
