Mid-Century Modern Parioli Sideboard, Italy, 70's by Lodovico Acerbis

$5,545.49

About the Item

Parioli sideboard in blackened ash tree and stainless steel by Lodovico Acerbis (1939-2021), produced by his own company Acerbis, 1977, composed of two doors and 3 drawers. The combination of the two materials wood and steel gives this piece a real cachet. The functional furniture with its pure lines appears to be suspended in space. Lodovico Acerbis joined the family business founded by his grandfather in 1963, transforming it from a carpentry workshop into an industrial reality, which he ran until 2013. His vision is to create furniture using the best materials, cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with renowned designers. He has the distinction of being both a designer and an editor and his creations are only produced by his own company. His collaboration with the designer Giotto Stoppino resulted in beautiful pieces such as the Sheraton (1977) and Hilton (1979) sideboards.
