Emotion, passion, and lightness are Ana Fatia's guidelines to express the most wounded entity of female architecture in the shape of a fragment, where all human beings are generated. A piece inspired by human anatomy, nature and authentic traces of life transcend the limits of thought.
This piece belongs to the MotherMine & All of Us collection, a limited edition of 5 units designed by Ana Fatia for October Gallery, entirely made in Portugal and manufactured in an artisanal way, in which every step of the process is carefully executed. The item is made to order, with a certificate of authenticity included and signed by the artist.

October Gallery is an online gallery focused on highlighting new contemporary, limited edition and collectible design from emerging talented multidisciplinary artists and studios. The portfolio comprises a curated selection of unique pieces, limited editions and small series, as well numbered and signed by their authors, with a certificate of authenticity included.
Our language expresses a set of emotions, such as uniqueness and exclusivity, mutability and unpredictability, material transformation and organicity. An uncensored aesthetic in which each piece holds its power and character, offering a new vocabulary for an audience that seeks protagonism and differentiation. It represents a change in the interpretation of design, based on the memories of portuguese craft production, creating bridges with innovation and new technologies.
