About the Item

This stunning sideboard was made by Novo Rumo manufacture, founded by famous Francesco Scapinelli in the Lapa neighborhood in Sao Paulo, Brasil. Francesco founded his own studio after working with his older brother, Giuseppe Scapinelli, for many years. He aimed to produce furniture on an industrial scale but with highest quality and attention to details which he successfully mastered under his own brand – Novo Rumo. As a result we may still appreciate his designs today – made of carefully selected high quality materials, beautifully designed and boasting skillful craftmensship. This gorgeous sideboard features four storage sections – three with shelves and one with four practical drawers. Each door has beautifully shaped handle. The sideboard is set on a base supported by two horizontal legs, elegantly connected with a wooden ledge, such solution adds extra lightness to this large piece. It still has original paper label on the back, preserved in incredibly good condition, confirming the piece’s originality and provenance. The piece is after subtle renovation, the surface has been cleaned and refinished with natural oil which protects the wood and brigs out its natural warmth and charm. Truly exceptional and rare piece that will absolutely stand out in any interior. Bring this exquisite Novo Rumo piece to your interior and elevate your space with unique Scapinelli design renown and appreciated all over the world. Dimensions: H 75cm W 218cm D 48cm
