Welsh Dresser With Plate Rack
About the Item
This early English cupboard has three bowed shelves for the traditional plate rack display. There are several wonderful iron, hand-forged hooks on the top of the plate rack for utensils.
The bottom of the dresser has three original drawers with bail handles.
The lower part of the dresser is call the "pot board" as this was typically where pots and pans were stored.
Wonderful old patina.
