About the Item

This cabinet represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, with the use of classic materials such as brass and steel juxtaposed with high-quality glass, all executed with the skill and attention to detail typical of Italian, 1970s/80s art. Although it is difficult to attribute this specific cabinet or sculpture to an artist without more context, it could be inspired by or related to designers known for blending traditional and modern elements into contemporary art. The combination of opulent materials (gold) and geometric shapes is characteristic of the Art Deco movement, which aims to convey elegance and personality. The cabinet is four-door, with an elegant artistic configuration. The 4 doors and two side walls are made of brass with a grinding on the surface, which gives it movement and spirituality. They present geometric cuts "Spectrum" colored glass, deep red and orange. This glass features a wavy surface. While the window frames are made of aluminum. The back wall is one piece, made entirely of steel as is the top of the cabinet, which serves as the ceiling. The elegant design of the doors can also be seen on these two pieces. The interior shelves are made of solid glass, like the bottom of the cabinet, continuing the theme of transparency and elegance. Size: h 175 cm. width 200 cm. depth 50; doors 50 ; glass shelves 97 x 44
